  67.           dbDIAL is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge to the
  68.       user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your friends, but
  69.       please do not give it away altered or as part of another system.
  70.       The essence of "user-supported" software is to provide personal
  71.       computer users with quality software without high prices, and yet
  72.       to provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop new 
  73.       products. If you find this program useful and find that you are
  74.       using dbDIAL and continue to use dbDIAL after a reasonable trial
  75.       period, you must make a registration payment of $49.00 to ZPAY
  76.       Payroll Systems.  The $49.00 registration fee will license one
  77.       copy for use on any one computer at any one time.  You must treat
  78.       this software just like a book.  An example is that this software
  79.       may be used by any number of people and may be freely moved from
  80.       one computer location to another, so long as there is no
  81.       possibility of it being used at one location while it's being
  82.       used at another.  Just as a book cannot be read by two different
  83.       persons at the same time.

  85.           Commercial users of dbDIAL must register and pay for their copies 
  86.       of dbDIAL within 30 days of first use or their license is 
  87.       withdrawn.  Site-License arrangements may be made by contacting
  88.       ZPAY Payroll Systems.

  90.           Anyone distributing dbDIAL for any kind of remuneration must 
  91.       first contact ZPAY Payroll Systems at the address above for 
  92.       authorization.  This authorization will be automatically granted 
  93.       to distributors recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to its 
  94.       guidelines for shareware distributors, and such distributors may
  95.       begin offering dbDIAL immediately (However ZPAY Payroll Systems
  96.       must still be advised so that the distributor can be kept 
  97.       up-to-date with the latest version of dbDIAL.).

  100.       for evaluation.  Please encourage them to register their copy if
